Important Update: Select Your Broker Account Type for Seamless SFX Trade

We’re excited to announce a significant update to our trading platform. To enhance your trading experience and ensure seamless execution of trades via SFX, we have now introduced support for specifying your Broker Account Type. It’s important to select the correct account type to avoid any issues with trade execution.

You may have encountered a ‘Trade Disabled’ message from the Expert Assists recently. This issue often arises due to the selection of an incorrect account type. But worry not, you can now specify your account type easily.

Please follow these steps if you have already connected a broker account:

1. Navigate to the Broker Page:
   • Access your trading dashboard and go to the section where your broker accounts are listed.
2. Disconnect the Broker:
   • Locate the broker account you wish to update and use the option to disconnect it temporarily. This step is crucial for making changes to your account settings.
3. Edit and Select Account Type:
   • Click on the ‘Edit’ option for your broker account.
   • You will see a dropdown or selection list for account types such as Pro, Standard, ECN, RAW, etc.
   • Choose the account type that corresponds to your broker account details.
4. Save Changes and Re-Connect Your Broker:
   • After selecting the correct account type, save your changes.
   • Reconnect your broker to resume trading activities with the updated settings.
